Europeanplates Group LLC's production shop has a wide varity of Equipment including official Utsch plate stamping equipment imported direct from Germany and Roland Digital Printers which assist in our sign making business but also create high resolution plate decals, oval decals and custom stickers.

The reason europeanplates is different then most of the other European plate companies is our full control over the production and shipping of your order. This includes the design, embossing and hot stamping of your German plate here in the USA! This of course means we ship out of the USA for a fair and accurate shipping price. Why order from a company who never sees your order when you can buy direct from the manufacturer?

(Above Left) We start with a correctly sized real German blank. (Above Right) Clapper dies are pulled from our organized boxes to match what you have specified your plate to read!

 
(Above Left) We now move the embossing jig to the 50t press. (Above Right) Now you see that we have embossed the plate raising the selected lettering along with the correct spacing for seals.

 
(Above Left) Now the plate is ready for the hot stamping. (Above Right) As you can see the hot stamping machine lays a layer of color on to only the raised lettering and border. This is the best method available and one of the most durable.

 
(Above Left) Shown is a completed plate less the seals. All of our plates are made using the exact same equipment as in Germany less of course our replica plate seals which are also of the highest quality.
