Shipping & Delivery
- Our shipping policy is that we will only ship merchandise to the same address where your monthly credit card statement arrives at. If you move or change your billing addresses, you must notify your credit card company before placing your order. We can not adjust the shipped address after the order; filing an address change form through your post office will solve this issue 90% of the time.
- Europeanplates Group LLC creates and fills custom made orders daily. Due to our large volume and the nature of custom items we have instituted a 10 - 20 business day delivery time. This time is an estimate and included the shipping companies timeframe; in high volume these times may grow with volume; if you are in dire need of an order in a quicker time frame please contact an associate to ensure this can happen before ordering. In stock items generally ship out the second business day after the order. We also have our quick ship program for the fastest turn around on German plates.
- Domestic order ship only USPS priority mail; 2 - 3 day ship time. "custom orders 10 - 20 business days."
- International orders ship only USPS express; 7 - 10 day ship time. "custom orders 2 - 6 weeks"
Privacy & Security
- We're in the business of selling products, not mailing lists!
All the personal information you provide when you place an order such as your name, address, phone, email address and credit card information stays here at Europeanplates Group LLC. We do not sell our customer list to any other entities, not even car-related businesses. The information you provide is used solely to process your Europeanplates Group order and verify your credit card information.
- Our website is hosted on a dedicated server, not a shared server. The server firewall and the encryption of your credit card data is our first layer of security. No personal information is stored on our web server. Your web order is downloaded and purged from our web server within 1 business day.
- Your personal information resides on our internal server located within our office. This is our second layer of security. External access to this server is firewall protected, and internal access is restricted by individual employee user ID and passwords.
Returns & Replacements
- Returns are allowed if the product is a manufacture defect and/or were damaged during shipping. In the event that the products were damaged during shipping due to the delivery company’s negligence, please notify us immediately so that we can make a claim towards the delivery company and issue return postage. There is a 10 day time frame from the day you received the shipment to make a claim for return on any damaged goods during the delivery process. No returns will be accepted beyond the prescribed period. Once authorized, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your return. Returns with no RMA number will be refused.
- Returns on custom made items that where built incorrectly will require an image of the incorrect order so that Europeanplates Group LLC can check this against the purchase order or online order form. Upon this quick investigation if Europeanplates Group LLC has found the order to have been created incorrectly we will recreate the order and send return postage with the new order to return the incorrect item(s).
- There are no returns on custom orders created correctly and no exceptions will be made.
- Europeanplates.com allow both Guest and Registered user to check out. We highly recommend registering so you may track your order and avoid this step for future orders.
- Our check out process is easy to use and allows you to confirm your steps on the right side for accuracy. Upon check out of your order you will receive an order number and have the ability to print a copy of your order confirmation. Europeanplates Group LLC will also send out an order confirmation email.
- Please SAVE your order confirmation number.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions (REWARDS PROGRAM)
- Europeanplates Group LLC accepts various forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Money orders and paypal. Cash payment through our retail store is also an option but you need to contact us in advance.
- Our pricing is subject to change without notice. International order may require
- Promotions Europeanplates.com run may not be offered by our dealer network or through our retail store.
Referral Bonus and Rewards
Earn cash rewards you can use on future purchases. The rewards program is in your account and allows you to send invites by various methods.
Our current cash rewards is 4.00 per referral. In order for you to earn the 4.00 referral reward the person the link was sent to must purchase 20.00 in pruducts. Your rewards are good for purchased over 20.00 as well.
- Log In to your account on the upper right hand side of the site, the first thing you will see is the recent orders icon and your recent order(s). Select view order, this will bring up the order number, address and items ordered. It will also give you the status of your order directly after the order confirmation number.
Updating Account Information
- Log In to your account on the upper right hand side of the site, the first thing you will see is the recent orders icon and My Account. Under the My Account tab you will be able to adjust your account information (Email and Password) and your address book (Shipping address).
- Europeanplates Group LLC has also added various features for you to Tag and Rate products. Please do so accurately so our staff can add this info to the site to for others to review.
