Warranty

We guarantee that the plates we sell will not rub or chip in normal use. Plates used
on the front of cars do run the risk of rock chips as does your car. Plate decals carry
a 5 year warranty. Other items on our site carry the manufactures warranty.

Return Policy

No returns on custom plates. Stocked items will carry a 15% restock fee; custom
orders will not be refunded but may be entitled to a credit.

Shipping Domestic

We ship USPS Priority on 90% of our items; every order goes out with tracking.
Shipping time in the United States runs less then 3days. Note shipping times are provided by USPS
and may take longer in certain busy shipping times (such as Christmas)

Shipping International

We ship USPS AIR MAIL and FED EX. Please allow time for customs; plates
as well as most items are checked carefully by officials. It is common for delays on
the plates. Some areas we will not ship to due to the large amount of fraud in the past.

Custom orders PLEASE READ

Our Europeanplates can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Our quality is top notch
and well worth the weight. We ship over 10,000 European plates a year and our
leading suppliers for car shows, movie props and display plates. We do not just
run these off, we care about what we are doing.

Retail outlet

Our retail outlet is located in Seattle and allows local customers to pick up or come
in to order there plates and other great items. Please email us to set up an appointment.
Our showroom is appointment only, displays all of our items as well as racing memorabilia.
